Above information is how the hotel presents itself on their website.

Below is my experience based on a one-night stay at the property.

My arrival experience: Quick check-in. Not escorted to the room.
What I loved: The open apartment.
What about the food: Good, but small breakfast buffet.
What about the service: The staff is friendly, but need more training. Attention to details is lacking. They could consider welcome amenities and being more service minded at the front desk. Denmark is not known for extraordinary service, and the service was as good as I expected it to be. The hotel's selling point is the beautiful, open apartments.
What about the rooms: Beautiful, spacious and open apartments with comfortable beds, kitchens, dining tables and beautiful views of Islands Brygge.
Number of rooms: 172.
Website: www.staycopenhagen.dk
Type of property: City hotel.
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark.
Facilities: Fitness room.
Complimentary internet: Yes and fast.
My overall impression: Good experience.
