Below is my experience based on a one-night stay at the property.
My arrival experience: Warm welcome from several staff members before being escorted to the room.
What I loved: That I couldn't fault anything. A W experience exactly as expected. It's not my favourite hotel brand, but it's very different from your typical hotel experience and I like it.
What about the food: Great breakfast buffet. A lot better than in W Beijing a few weeks ago, just to compare.
What about the service: Great attentive service everywhere in the world. Well-trained front desk and no language barrier. Easy to communicate with all staff including housekeeping. One of the best W city hotels I have stayed.
What about the rooms: Ultra contemporary rooms as expected. My Studio Suite had the ultra-comfortable W Signature bed, Bliss products, rain shower and freestanding bathtub with beautiful views of Bangkok.
