Below is my experience based on a one-night stay at the property.
My Arrival experience: Warm welcome from the receptionist before being escorted to the room.
What I loved: The rooms.
What about the service: Professional service from the well-trained staff.
What about the rooms: Beautiful rooms similar to some of the Park Hyatt properties I have stayed. Very impressed with the rooms with its comfortable beds, free standing shower and June Jacobs products. Definitely the best rooms I have seen at any Grand Hyatt hotel.
